Dance is my passion and in one form or another I have been involved for 40 years. Zumba Fitness over the past 13 years is my passion. Now it is time to use all I have learnt to bring you the best online experience possible. You will see over time the introduction of routines that are focused on movement to the beat of the music. the word Fitness is used widely and I believe it is miss understood.  Fitness to me isn't how thin you are or the muscle you have. Fitness can be used to get away from the pressures around us by doing a 30min or more classes. Fitness is using your mind and challenging yourself to try movement you wouldn't normally do. Fitness is movement in a way that makes you feel alive. Fitness is so much more than being thin.

Pre-built Classes

The easy option, simply pick from the available classes and start moving. These classes are between 50 and 60mins long. Classes change frequently with new routines being added.

Build your own classes (BYO)

BYO, build the class you want to do and for as long as you want to do it for.  New content is added around every 2 weeks. This option gives you more flexibility and you can avoid those routines you don't like. These are set out in 10 -15 groups of routines with Workout, warm-up and cool down options.
